Description: Explore Asian cultivation techniques for awakening inner awareness and dreaming. Through nature-based movement meditation you will learn to work with life force energy or “qi.” Harmonizing with the universe through visualization and spontaneous movement, a doorway to the collective unconscious opens to the qigong practitioner. Spiral Qigong is an easy-to-learn tool for holistic healing as well as personal and planetary transformation. This inner purification technique improves dream guidance and enhances synchronicity.Built on Taoist philosophy it is a means to return to wholeness and joyful authentic living for individuals of all traditions. Dream symbols will also be explored in class through intuitive group work.

Instructor:Christina Bjergo, MA, Lac, is an Asian wellness practitioner, dream-weaver, author and Qigong Grand Master.She developed and teaches Sacred Serpent Spiral Qigong, a nature-based movement meditation that promotes healing, peace and wisdom through dreaming.
Bjergo travels around the world to study ancient cultures, teach and clear energy ley lines at sacred sites. She has published numerous articles on qigong in local and international journals.Her book entitled The Tao of Tarot: “The Way” to Health, Happiness and Spiritual Illumination through Qigong Dreaming will be published by O Books Publishing in February 2010. In addition to teaching she uses acupuncture, shiatsu massage, sound healing and dreaming techniques in private practice.
